Orbiter Finance
StarkGate
TON Bridge
Other integrated bridge providers
These parties operate independently and have their own privacy policies.
4.2 With Analytics Providers
We use third-party analytics services to understand Service usage:

Wallet passwords or recovery phrases

Precise geolocation data
6. Blockchain Data is Public
Important: Blockchain transactions are public and permanent.
When you use YardRoute:
Your wallet address is visible on the blockchain
Transaction amounts, tokens, and recipients are publicly viewable
Anyone can track your transaction history using blockchain explorers
YardRoute cannot delete or modify blockchain data. This is inherent to blockchain technology, not a YardRoute policy.
7. Data Retention
7.1 Transaction Data
We retain transaction data (wallet addresses, amounts, timestamps) for:
Active use: Indefinitely, to provide the Service
After account deletion (API users): Up to 90 days for legal and security purposes
7.2 Usage Data
Analytics and usage data is retained for:
Active analysis: 24 months
Anonymized aggregated data: Indefinitely
7.3 Legal Compliance
We may retain data longer if required by law or for legitimate business purposes (e.g., dispute resolution, fraud prevention).

9.1 Access and Correction

9.2 Deletion
For API users: You may request deletion of your account by contacting us. Note that:
Blockchain transaction data cannot be deleted (it is public and permanent)
We may retain certain data for legal compliance
For non-registered users: Since we do not collect personal identifiable information, there is no account to delete. You can stop using the Service at any time.
9.3 Opt-Out of Communications
API users can unsubscribe from non-essential emails via the unsubscribe link or by contacting us.
Service-critical communications (security alerts, ToS changes) cannot be opted out of.
9.4 Cookie Management
You can control cookies through your browser settings. Note that disabling cookies may limit Service functionality.
9.5 Do Not Track
We do not currently respond to "Do Not Track" browser signals.
10. International Data Transfers
YardRoute is operated from Nigeria. If you access the Service from outside Nigeria:

By using the Service, you consent to this transfer

YardRoute is not intended for individuals under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
