**These parties operate independently and have their own privacy policies.**

**Important:** Blockchain transactions are public and permanent.

When you use YardRoute:

* Your wallet address is visible on the blockchain
* Transaction amounts, tokens, and recipients are publicly viewable
* Anyone can track your transaction history using blockchain explorers

**YardRoute cannot delete or modify blockchain data.** This is inherent to blockchain technology, not a YardRoute policy.

We retain transaction data (wallet addresses, amounts, timestamps) for:

* **Active use:** Indefinitely, to provide the Service
* **After account deletion (API users):** Up to 90 days for legal and security purposes

Analytics and usage data is retained for:

* **Active analysis:** 24 months
* **Anonymized aggregated data:** Indefinitely

#### **7.3 Legal Compliance**

We may retain data longer if required by law or for legitimate business purposes (e.g., dispute resolution, fraud prevention).

**API users** can unsubscribe from non-essential emails via the unsubscribe link or by contacting us.

**Service-critical communications** (security alerts, ToS changes) cannot be opted out of.
